My older brother was diagnosed adhd. They put him on Ritalin. We were in Norfolk, VA. At the time. I was 8, 😢 was 10. When I was 12, we moved to fla. The Dr. There said no he didn't need this he needs a diet change. They took him off cold turkey, which we now know is not good. He went through a horrible time. Anger, acting out, the shakes. He was in middle school in fla. He gained access to dope and found it calmed him down. His diet was never changed. Too inconvenient. When I was 10 my sister was born. At 5 when she started school 1 was 15. Her teacher claimed she needed to be on Ritalin. I spent 2 weeks in the library researching the diet change angle. I convinced my parents to not give her Ritalin. As I was her nearest care giver, mom and dad both worked, I fell to me to be sure she didn't have the wrong foods. There are a lot more than red dye. She did well till I married at 18 and she was 8 and again fell under moms care. For 4 years after that she spent the summers with me and went back home on track just to be fed crap again. To this day she has problems and won't change her food choices. My brother fell in to alcohol and harder drugs. This led to his murder at 38. If this is the life you want for your children people. Keep feeding them crap that isn't food. I have 3 healthy sons. My study and work provided that. My brother has 3 daughters. Obese. My sister, Obese and other health problems. He sons. 2 lived a great portion of their lives with me and I taught them to be healtthy.

You know the sad thing is…all these senators and congressmen have been confront by these harmful things by experts that have given them the potential for harm….for decades…and only now when we overwhelmingly voted for Trump and RFK being included in Trump’s platform are they “all of a sudden” are concerned. I think they are concerned for their jobs. They truly don’t belong in positions of responsibility for our welfare if they flip flop to save their jobs.
