Paul is sneaky, you don't realize all the parts that you've seen him in over the years because you don't see "Paul Dano". He really becomes these characters and everything else kind of falls away including Paul. You believe you're seeing a real person not someone pretending to be that person. Paul Dano is definitely one of the most underrated actors of his generation. It's a crime he didn't get an Oscar nomination for "There Will Be Blood".
Also his performance in " Love & Mercy" is just wonderful.

Paul Dano is one of the most genuine people in Hollywood. No twitter, no BS, just dedication to the craft. The only complaints I have about this video is it left out War and Peace, one of his greatest roles to date (and left in Knight and Day, for some reason). Otherwise this is perfect, such a great dive into his best roles. Can't wait for Fabelmans!
