At the beginning, I thought that Millie just didn't know the difference between being obsessive and bullying someone you despise. But that ending with the Moxie shrine and her talking to it like that, proved Millie was right.

I get that sometime Loona thinks Moxxie is like the fat lady but the two aren’t even the same. Moxxie is only on her tail because she keeps calling him fat and taking her rage out on him. This girl needs serious therapy because sooner or later she’ll lash out and do something she will regret.

The part where loona has secret closet with inside lots of things of moxxie, kind of reminds of Helga from Hey Arnold and her rude but obsessive personality towards Arnold.
