i don't get it with the video footage. you mean to slow it down, pause, then add the parallax effect and after that speed it up to normal? or is is somehow possible to add the effect to moving vehicles?

why don't you save as a PSD file out of pixelmator? Final cut and motion can handle them.

It is misleading to post this as a Pixelmator video when movie editing software (or any other kind of program) is needed to create the effect as well.
