According to google, allodial is the opposite of feudal - most people were basically renting from the rulers of the community (feudal), but a few owned their own property and that was called allodial. That was in England. It has also been used to refer to people who occupied land (homesteading) in the early days of the European settlement of North America, apparently.

Washitaw is a "tribe", I believe. It's either pure fake, or misappropriated Native American, I'm not sure. It may be mentioned somewhere in the Bey v. Stumpf opinion; there's certainly some mention of tribal names there, but I can't recall if that was one of them.

Allodial refers to real property that is held independent of a superior landlord/government, such title doesn't exist in this country, we hold real property on a fee simple basis, meaning that ownership is subject to regulation, taxation and even confiscation through eminent domain by the government.

Speaking of flags as symbols, has anyone else ever wondered why the state always flies our US Civil Flag outside every courthouse across our nation on the flagpole, but they fly the gold-fringed military US flag inside the actual courtrooms without a proper explanation of WHY they made the switch? Are these courts of common law, or some type of federal regional marshal law rule military tribunals?? By what actually occurs to about 98.5% of all citizens inside these courtrooms, GUILTY, I'm really starting to wonder myself!

In my research I found this definition in my state statutes, but not in the motor vehicle code. This definition was located under Title 14, the "Revenue and Taxation: Motor Fuel Taxes section. It appears that the government has purposely hidden this definition which comes directly from my state's 'revamped' motor vehicle code back in 1965. You should do a separate video on just this state defined code, which is located in every state's set of codes...no matter how well hidden they made it! My theory is that federal taxes on gasoline prevented the state's from excluding this definition entirely from their code of laws in all 50 states! Here's but one example of the Florida law currently on the books...

***In the 1964 code, which only governed commercial vehicles and government employees, it read "as a matter of common right" so they still deleted a key word from this definition which protected the right of ALL citizens from the abrogation of a right which was obviously converted into a privilege by the states, so I'd like to see a video from you explaining exactly WHY the states are denying our right to travel by taking it away from us...without the "consent of the governed, " which should be obvious to everyone by now!
I've given you several examples over the past couple months of this type of governmental gestapo-like mentality already. I know it interferes with making fun of sov. citizens on your channel, but I'd really appreciate your perspective on this specific issue, so that the citizens you're making fun of might finally understand once and for all how the states can legally deprive a state citizen of their common rights.
