Creating framesets in dreamweaver 8

#Follow these steps to create frameset:
1. Open the Dreamweaver software.
2. If you want you can create a new site otherwise just select HTML in the opening window.
3. The main html window appears where you can edit your webpage.
4. Click insert (to) html (to) frames.
5. Then create the required frameset as you wish.
