Proof there are Ghosts in Fallout 3

This clip I captured proves that there are in fact ghosts in the Fallout 3

I was searching the Dunwich Building for additional loot, when this door suddenly closed.
The lore of the Dunwich building is spooky in itself but never in any of my playthroughs do I remember a door closing on its own

Lore- A man was searching for his father and tracked his whereabouts to the Dunwich Building. The building was crawling with feral ghouls, however the son was determined to find his father. After further ascending into the building, the radiation began to consume his mind and body. Turning him into one of the many ghouls of the Capital Wasteland.
