Well, first of all, I hope she doesn't get seriously ill. If she does, I hope she shares the food borne illness with the people who did that to her. And not with innocent bystanders and family members. That's disgusting. If she does get ill, I hope she can get compensation from the people, especially since it is all on video. They need to be taught a lesson. Feeding raw food like that to someone is no joke.

Japan's health ministry is calling for caution amid an increase in food poisoning caused by Campylobacter, a form of bacteria found in raw and half-cooked chicken.

According to the ministry, campylobacter, a bacteria often found in the intestines of the chickens, is the culprit behind raw-chicken-related food poisoning. The bacteria is believed responsible for over 60 percent of all bacterial food poisoning cases in Japan, according to the national newspaper Asahi Shimbun.

Chicken sashimi is often prepared by boiling or searing chicken for no more than 10 seconds, "which is an insufficient treatment to kill harmful microbes such as campylobacter and salmonella.
