Cherokee Nation's Back Then Louise Mounce

Visiting with our Elders as they recall their childhood and growing up Cherokee.

Louise is the youngest of ten children who grew up in the Cherry Tree area south of Stilwell. She recalls riding stick horses with her younger brother and rolling tires.

She also tells us how they stored their milk and butter in a hole in the ground.
