my wife and I started reading and praying this prayer a few months after we filed bankruptcy.

When i read this book some years ago, I said the prayer everyday and read the book as instructed. God opened my eyes on a whole other level. I began to find ministry where i normally would not have. My hearts desire is to please the Lord and I pray once more that he will enlarge my territory. Prayers please as i seek Gods face for ministry.

Jabez cried out to the God of Israel,  "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request. Kelub, Shuhah's brother, was the father of Mehir, who was the father of Eshton.

After Jabez asks for blessings so that he could be a blessing to others, he then adds: “and enlarge my territory” In Bible times, territory meant power via increased authority, responsibility, and influence.

My Pastor requested that we pray this prayer for 7 days and watch what God does. Here I will try it for 30 days according to this teaching and follow the instructions.
