Investors should invest in the policy of letting women release menstruation within 1 time only not retail by retail only for its to pain. The idea is to let them save feminine napkins within 14 days in processing. Multi-national groups of companies should be notified that working in Shell group of companies must not be affected due to menstruation hindrance. Also, Medical professionals should be asked if it is possible to let all women who work in the Shell group of companies have menstruation in one time only per month instead of 14 days. This will take effect onwards the year 2021.
