Oddly enough, this interview did a great job on selling me on the i7400, even though it was the i8100 being reviewed. Love the video format though. Great stuff.

I love how unbiased you are!

You have NO IDEA how much you helped me and my fiance! I just want to take the time to thank you. I've been looking for a gaming pc that can render with vray at the fastest speeds due to my career. Everywhere I've looked, NO ONE has broken down every aspect of a pc. You are HIGHLY easy to understand and are able to help someone like me who does NOT understand tech. Not only did you help me understand what PC i want/need, you also have helped me learn some "tech language" along the way so now i actually know what im talking about and looking for. I have looked all over the internet and in the real world to have someone to help me understand what i need in my pc and what pc i should be looking at. NO ONE helped me so far untill i came across your videos.

Thank you SO MUCH!

Fun fact. The glass door is easily removed from the hinges. Just remove the screws on the top of the hinges and it lifts right off. It's the same for the back cover as well.

After DM'ing you on Twitter a few weeks back for feedback, I decided to go ahead and purchase this computer. After about three weeks of use, I have been extremely pleased with the performance. Was a little hesitant about what kind of thermals I would get, but I was completed amazed that the 13900KS ran as cool as it did, and the fan noise is night and day from my previous Alienware, which pretty much mimicked an F15 taking off. My biggest gripe was that my model came with the Palit Gamerock 4090. The GPU has performed very well, but there is no RGB lighting on it at all. I contacted Corsair support only to be told that the ICU software did not support the Palit cards. The Gamerocks have an extensive RGB setup, so I'm not sure why the cards RGBs cannot be activated through the motherboard, and simply controlled with the Palit Thunderware software (which it probably can to be honest). Regardless, the lack of RGBs on the card make the bottom two thirds of that huge case a huge black hole of darkness. A big disappointment for me. Overall though, I'm extremely pleased, despite the hefty price of the machine. Again, thanks for taking the time to personally respond to my questions via Twitter. Your input (and your previous review of the i7400) really helped my decision making a lot easier.

As a young man, back in the early 1960s, I was into cars, especially Mustangs. The best of the best was the Shelby Mustang GT 350. From a price perspective, you could buy one for what this prebuilt cost. Either way, you'd have significant bragging rights. At this price, GPU AOI should be an option, and the RAM should be at least 6000mhz.

Thanks for the great review and overview! It really helped me decide for my situation. I pulled the trigger on the i8100 and is in processing; apparently it's on backorder at this time. Despite the availability they told me at checkout, the shipping date was just now delayed another week. I'm a little apprehensive after hearing others that have been getting varying GPUs, so we'll see. I believe your Product Link is broken btw.

I bought the a8100 with the 7950x3D and Gigabyte 4090 in March of ‘24. Beast of a PC. Playing it with a 32 ASUS ROG Strix fast IPS 160hz 4k monitor. Finally being able to play everything on ultra in native 4k is unreal.

I ordered the i8100 last Sunday and it arrived on Friday. Pretty fast shipping. Came with the PNY Verto (not the XLR8) 4090 and the RM1000X PSU. Haven’t figured out which SSD was installed, but will guess it is the same as yours. Looks like a Samsung, but which one did you get in your rig? You have the first review out and was hoping you would do one. Thanks as it makes me feel better to know I made a great choice. Came pretty close to getting the MSI rig as it has the Suprim liquid X 4090, but I’ve seen a few reviews where the air cooled 4090 actually ran a little cooler. With all the high spec’d parts they put in here, was a little surprised they went with the lowest level Asus Mobo. But if it works fine, not a big deal I guess. I priced out all these same parts (but used the MP600 SSD) and the price was only marginally lower than the $4600 Corsair charges. To get a 2 year warranty pretty much evens it out in my opinion. I think when you take into consideration the quality of the components Corsair chose for this build, the price ratio looks better. When you run a i9 13900ks paired with a 4090, FPS starts to get irrelevant. Most builds do not have 4Tb of SSD storage. If they do have 4Tb it almost always a 2tb SSD paired with a 2Tb mechanical HD. And most also only have 32GB of RAM. 64 is way overkill…until you need it. I plan on doing video and photo editing as well as games. I think the price is very reasonable for what you get. All top tier parts.

I just grabbed the i8100 yesterday at Best Buy and expected to arrive on the 24th! It’ll be my very first PC and I’m super excited! I’ll also keep you guys posted on what specs I get if interested…

Just bought this through your link. Went with the i8100 with the 13900k and not the KS. Few hundred bucks cheaper. Should arrive in 2 weeks. Thanks for the review man!

I still have mine with 3070 graphics card, and it has worked well for years to come.

Going to set up my i-7400 tomorrow, had for 2 weeks in the box. Came so fast I wasn't ready! This PC is Amazing, BUT the 7400 is a better deal and the extra stuff this one has you can add later like SSD, etc. GREAT Review as Always

So for 4600, what would you recommend for a gaming PC?

Bought this pc convinced by this video, the pc came without a windows product license, and support basically created a ticket and did not give me a key right away.
Putting this here for anyone who plans to buy this.

Hi Just!N Tech. I purchased two Dell Alienware Aurora R16 in May 2024, but it didn't work out for me, so I have to return them. Now i am looking for a very BEST PC [money can buy]. I was looking at the CORSAIR VENGEANCE i8200 which is pretty too pricy and elegant. I notice some of the CORSAIR VENGEANCE PC's has different types of CPU Processors.
i9-1200KS; i9-14900K and i9-1400FK]. Which one of these CPU Processor is works the BEST? I am waiting on your answers. GREAT JOB!

Thanks for the review. It's so hard to stay on top of what is going on with PC's now a days. Seems like they change daily.
