KOPPANG 3 Drawer Chest IKEA Tutorial

We recently got this drawer chest, but the drawers do not open fully; they only open halfway. I wonder if they changed the design or something.

Mine didn’t come with a bottom panel. According to the instructions I have and the pieces I have there are only two other pieces of wood. Like the one inside the cabinet.

They changed the rails due to safety. Does anyone know the length of the original rails so I can correct my draws. They only open half way
