Keith Haring Exhibition at the Broad Los Angeles 2023

Anita Rosenberg's birthday trip to downtown Los Angeles to go museum hopping. Anita knew Keith from the NYC graffiti scene when she was at NYU Graduate Film School from 1979-82. In her book, The Tipster Chronicles: Tipping on the NYC Graffiti scene 1979-82 she tells the story:

"One night at a party I ran into Keith Haring and told him about the pictures I had taken of his subway chalk drawings. Keith asked me, "What station do you live near and what trains do you ride?" The next morning from 86th Street down to St. Marks Place Keith had drawn figures taking flash photos -just for me."
