Nasdaq is in a bona fide bear market. SPY is trending in that direction. I feel bad for the retail investors that keep buying the dip. Fundamentals do matter and even some of the best companies are experiencing a reckoning in terms of their obscene valuations. I lived, (and invested) during the Dot Com bear market and the Great Recession; things will eventually get better for the good companies, but don't delude yourself into believing that the market conditions can't get worse before the tide changes.

No one knows what will happen in the market, and I understand you are only predicting what has happened in the past. People should make their own investment decisions based on their own research, not yours or mine.
