Avoid them at any cost!
Autopilot will display Construction detected on the display, with Limited Autopilot message. Tesla shows that as a warning to drivers. Autopilot cannot steer away from them automatically. Hopefully, things will change in the future but till then, don't slam into them! some drivers before me already did :)
