At 14:28 Xs[k] <-> (IDFT) is Xs(n) it is written DFT

Why is it okay to sample the frequency as 2*pi*k/N? Because then since k<=N-1, frequency is less than 2*pi and so we are missing out on every other frequency over 2*pi.
