Fix PS4 'Cannot Upload' Error

This video will show you how to fix the "Cannot Upload" error users are getting on their PS4. This is something that effects game save backups as well at Sharing screens to Twitter.

Guys I know an alternative, at least it worked for me. If all of the above doesn't work, don't upload your clips raw. Go into ShareFactory and render your clip out there, then you can upload just fine. That worked at least for me

Thank you for posting this.  I began encountering this problem earlier this week and finally contacted Sony about it.  They indicated that the problem was on Facebook's end (I didn't have a Twitter account at the time) and that they were working on fixing it.  I signed-up for Twitter and still received the same error notification.  So, if this works, you are officially the first and maybe the only person whom I've encountered who actually knows how to fix this!  Thanks!

totally works. Couldn't get the PS4 to upload to my YouTube, but this fixed it. Took about 6 minutes to manually delete all of those notifications.

i tried uploading a video that was 15 mins long to facebook and this method saved my life it was glitched for over a year now and finally a workaround that allowed me to upload it then delete it !! it took up a whole gb alone. you sir are the only video online too so you earned a subscriber and a like

(Confirmed) I tried to upload a saved video from my PS4 to YouTube, but I got the same error message. After deleting ~10 Upload notifications I tried again and it worked!

There are soo many problems with the ps4 dashboard. It's awful. No delete all button, no notifications for online friends, no 'appear offline setting', and shit is just scattered everywhere. This worked for me though, thank you a lot.
