The video begins how Maya is remembering Aman.
Maya and Aman met for the first time at the hospital. They almost would have collided with each other. He later burst into her room when he tried to hide from a nurse.
Maya was a cardiac patient and has been hospitalized for her treatments since childhood.
Aman noticed that she always looked sad and visited her. He made her laugh and took away her worries and bad thoughts. He told her that he was involved in a car accident and actually didn't have any major injuries, but the doctors still didn't let him go home. A few days later, he was released and Maya was happy for him, although she was actually very sad because they somehow became good friends. He promised her that he would visit her every day and that she shouldn't give up because she thought she would die soon.
After leaving the hospital, he still wanted to see his doctor. The door was open and he wanted to enter, but Maya and her brother Jai were in the room, talking with the doctor. They talked about Maya's therapy and that the medication no longer helps. The only option would be a heart transplant. Aman overheard everything.
Days and months passed and Aman visited Maya regularly. But she didn't tell him that her illness was getting worse and that she was put on the waiting list for a heart transplant. One day her doctor came to her and announced that she had found a donor heart. After her transplantation, Aman suddenly disappeared. Even after two weeks, he didn't came and Maya was very worried. The hospital couldn't and were not allowed to give her any information. She wanted to look for him, but her brother Jai didn't like it at all. She now had a new heart and should finally live her life. Aman was only a hospital acquaintance, nothing more. But for her it was more than that. Weeks pass and she can't stop thinking about him. She missed him so much. Yes, she loved him. She told her brother and he just couldn't see her suffer anymore and confessed everything to her. Back then, Aman wasn't in the hospital for a car accident, but for treatments for his brain tumor. He was registered for an operation and just had to wait. But the day he wanted to see his doctor, he heard how Maya was getting worse. So he decided to drop his operation and do tests to see if he was a suitable donor for Maya. The tests were positive and he was happy. He then continued to visit Maya and didn't tell her anything. Only her brother knew everything, since Aman had told him and Jai shouldn't tell her anything until the right time came.
His headache only got worse and he was delivered to the hospital where he says his last words to Jai that he loves Maya very much and that he will be with her forever. Jai told Maya that Aman's heart is beating inside her and he loved her so much that he was willing to give up his life to let her live on.
Maya couldn't believe it and burst into tears.
