cool but for driving to much. Just added light noise or as some call it pollution for other drivers. When people drive it is a added unneeded read for what another car is doing. I get some want understand what I'm saying. But those who don't usually don't have any sensory issues.

High risk option. The car driving behind this car will have to look on the ground to observe it, which makes them take their eyes off the track, not the best idea. Also, having this car behind you will make it almost impossible to see its turn signal when it's trying to overtake you... nobody is having their side mirrors pointed towards the ground.
As an additional feature next to traditional turn signals, sure.. why not.
