We all have mental health sometimes its good and sometimes its poor, either way this can be a topic that people still struggle to discuss.
Its days like ‘Time to Talk Day’ where we remind ourselves, our friends/family and communities that having conversations about Mental Health is important, and we can support each other to end the stigma around this topic.
In 2024 nearly two thirds of people avoided talking about their mental health and half of us don’t want to worry others with our problems in already difficult times according to Time to Talk Day.
This is why days like this are so important, talking openly and honestly, getting comfortable with the topic of mental health can really make a difference and help to reduce the stigma so people get help when they need it.
I see this so often and I myself used to be exactly the same, but reaching out and saying the words aloud made such a difference and turned my life around, which is why I want to support you to do the same.
