Could you please explain why Artisum comes ? Based on what basic parameters it comes to children.

And in most of the cases after the MMR vaccine, some childrens are facing or getting Artisum.

Dear Dr. Green : I hope that you help me to understand a painful disater that occurred to my son which may be related to MMR vaccin. My son in age of 14 months took MMR vaccin then he suffered from severe brain inflammation that led to damage to the brain white matter by about 70% ratio, and that disaster happened 45 days after my son was injected with this vaccin, so is it possible that MMR vaccin is the cause for the brain damage occured ? kindly advice me .
