Steve, last night was the Oscars and I believe they nominated you for best Director if I’m not mistaken....wow that was a wonderful and educational video. I have been searching, scouring YouTube for a video just like this. I just purchased Jason Miller book and I see you had him in your right seat, you my friend are living the dream. I will be starting my IFR trining soon...thank you for all the time you spend editing your video’s greatly appreciated....

Well, you said that the worst 90 mins was rather best, I think this video overtook that one, great video, can’t wait to see part 2. Great job buddy

What a great video. Really shows the SR22 for what it's capable of. Such a great analogy : the weather and artists! I laughed alot! As a former Record Producer I also have first hand experience of them turning on you like a bad dose of cumulonimbus!

Very helpful, as always. I think the L in SLD stands for large, which is why you, appropriately, took the indication seriously.

Fantastic video -- I'm working on my PPL checkride, but already excited to start IFR from watching this. Such clear narration, great content, and really informative. Please keep this up! Also, love Incubus.

Wow!! what a great video Ren! one of the best on youtube in my opinion! I just clicked "subscribed, "...you just made sense of the vnav profile that I've struggled with understanding on the perspective for crossing restrictions. I'm still transitioning to Cirrus's life! and was still manually calculating and hand flying the restrictions because I was too concern I would miss it. SO thank you! (i just returned to flying after 15-year hiatus and trying to understand automation!)....side note, didn't see a Patreon mention but I would be an avid follower if you ever decide to put a video on the manuals. I think that's a great idea. You have an easy to understand approach and your attention to detail is amazing.

As an air traffic controller and private pilot, I enjoy watching your videos! I've flown about 45 hours with my buddy in his G3 with Garmin Perspective; it's quite the machine. Nice commentary!

Good video overall. I do miss the 4 cameras and ATC. I hope that will be coming back. Thanks for your work helping GA in general and Cirrus flying.

Great video. Enjoyed it. Transitioning into an SR20 right now and really enjoying it and it’s nice to get other pilots’ thoughts and ADM process in a cirrus. Thanks for the videos. One suggestion/comment: dial down the audio level of your intro and outro...very loud when video loads. Thanks!

Great video Steve, I know that SLD was forecast not actual because the Cirrus or pretty much any other airplane is not allowed in that stuff. We get a lot of ice days around here this time of year, makes actual hard to come by if you don't have FIKI. It's great having it though. For your aspiring Cirrus pilots, Cirrus Approach has a great video on ice and the TKS system. It's required viewing for flying through known ice in a Cirrus and you need to renew it every two years, I do it every year. Take care!
