I forgot to mention in the video - I wore contact lenses for a majority of my high school life - I heard a long time ago that contact lenses help to stabilise prescription and although it wasn't my intention to stabilise in order to get the surgery, that's what I did.

When I first got my prescription glasses some 7/8 years ago, I remember going to church the following day and reading the projector screen letter by letter, punctuation by punctuation and I was in awe! 😂 That I could see actual faces of people on the pulpit and not just moving things 😂.
I didn't realize how bad my eyesight was till I could see actual faces of people in the streets, items in the supermarket and individual leaves on trees as well! haha.
I am starting to consider laser surgery cause I am just about done with having to wear glasses all.the.time, and everywhere..

Roughly how much did it cost?
I've always thought of laser surgery...I started wearing glasses in primary too. I think I was in denial for like 2 years before I decided to get checked😅.
My lens is 5.5...can they still work on that prescription?
And can you recommend a good place in Nairobi?

Any negatives after surgery?How bad was ur vision? I have myopia? & astigmatisms? Not sure if I'm saying that right? My eyes are pretty bad, I'm just so scared... lol
