These are called Yoga Asana or Yoga Posture. Yoga itself mean literally plus (+) or combine or merge. Combine yourself with divine nature / cosmos.

Please feel free to invent whatever form of yoga that gives you a healthy body and mind. Don't think that its cultural appropriation, like some people may suggest. As an Indian, I don't like how some are weaponizing it to harrass those who they don't agree with.
