Dr. Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace, left them when he realised they were more about how much money they had than the issues that were core when it strted out. He quite openly questions the 'science' behind their claims.

I admired Greenpeace years ago when they tried to stop the horrific killing of the baby seals and the wales, also when they tried to stop France detonating a nuclear bomb in
the Pacific and ‘parked’ their ship, the Rainbow Warrior at the site, but this is a step too
far and has badly damaged their reputation and I am surprised by this.
