some people are homeless because of the economy but many are homeless because of drug addictions. maybe they should relocate outside of Kenney's house.

Finland is finding that it actually saves money to provide cheap housing for the homeless.
Sadly, this probably won't happen in the U.S., where selfishness and contempt for the poor are rampant.
