at interview bit it is written that it is slower than paging but you told in starting it is faster than paging thats why we using it

as you have taken different process for external fragmentation it may occur for diffrent size of pages of a single process as page size is diffrerent here

I think in Lecture 10 You have explained swapping --> swap in and swap out in Medium Term Scheduler for actually tackling the problem for memory Intensive process in ReadyQueue and extremely high degree of multiprogramming

Sir, why internal fragmentation in paging, as in referenece to last example if there is 15kb then why not to page in multiples of three so it will be like 3kb, 3kb, 3kb, 3kb, 3kb ....and if ram can comprise 15kb then page size == frame size
