Should've just heat the banana leaf in an open fire till its own oils came out. It adds flavor and no need to put a separate oil.

Actually it’s not a Filipino dish/desert but a Chinese the name itself translate to… Bih is Rice and Koh is sticky. BihKoh= sticky rice

That is not the right way in making biko you need to caramelize the muscovado with the coconut before adding the cooked glutinous rice in order the biko will not become slimy.😊😊😊😊
