I remember when this song came out, it was raining in my town and I had just had my first date w my girlfriend at the time. It was close to midnight and she was on acid and I showed her the song, she became obsessed and said it was "our song". Months later, she became the most toxic girl I have ever associated with, but the memory alone makes this song incredibly passionate and nostalgic for me. Every time I think of her, or the time period, I remember this song.
