If the Institutions need to own XRP for transacting business, they and Ripple need to get the Retail investors out of ownership. We don't bring anything positive to this equation and add volatility when the Financials need stable value. It would seem that a Buyout offer would be forthcoming or Ripple comes out with a new coin if they can't get everyone to sell.

So why wouldn’t institutions take advantage of the dirt cheap price now to buy XRP ? Excluding the USA, which is 25% of world’s GDP, why wouldn’t the remaining 75% FOMO into XRP now given that SEC has no justification outside USA ? The mechanism by which XRP reaches triple figures is not clear to me and the only explanation offered is it won’t work if it’s cheap. That’s sounds like circular reasoning.
I hold XRP and want it to go sky high. But not sure how it gets there.

didn't do my research on it till few months ago but it all turned to make sense for me recently, a lot of worldwide banks and institutions partnered with ripple and keep developing

it's worth to be a high percentage holding in any crypto portfolio in my opinion, even if is not re-listed in the US they can still do business with other countries the world it's very big

am i right to think this way? the reason why xrp price needs to be so high coz so many banks and financial institutions want xrp for transactions to get things moving when fiat debt system are dead due to self imploded out of its own dynamic and time. So demand and supply will push the xrp high up by these entities while retail investors would have sold earlier.
