Some of you might recall the 2012 scandal when Greg Smith resigned from Goldman Sachs and revealed that Goldman traders referred to unsophisticated clients as Muppets, encouraging them to take one side of a trade that Goldman had put together, while they took the opposite. Like taking candy from a baby. Which is what appears to have happened in the oil market last Monday.
In another flash-back to the Great Recession, we are being told that while home prices will decline that should only be for a brief period of time. Ben Bernanke, Fed Chair in 2006, also said “Housing markets are cooling a bit. Our expectation is that the decline in activity or the slowing in activity will be moderate, that house prices will probably continue to rise.” He was wrong.
But since then, global central bankers have been gobbling up as much gold as they could and many, including me, believe that this is likely to be the “Last Great Buying Opportunity of This Decade”.

I know of a couple trucking distribution centers. That require temperature checks to gain access into the facility. If your temperature exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit. You will not be permitted access until you have diagnoses from a physician. That confirms that you do not have an infection.

People should also remember that in the suburbs, all the small businesses and restaurants have also shut down and are unlikely to bounce back much. Restaurants won't come back until they know people have disposable income again. And small shops will continue a death spiral as we shop more and more on online platforms. Thus suburban decay is also set to begin.

eventually those who have had confidence in gold will also put half of that investment into major crypto currencies. then we have those who are clueless. Listen to what Lynette says about gold.. it's exactly the same for bitcoin, litecoin etc... and... you can actually use it unlike gold in a real world situation. Buy a motor home. No one will take huge loans out to buy houses in future... You pay 4 times the value when interest is calculated...
