Janny MT - Topaz apple - 147 days storage - February 2019

Opening of a storage module filled with Topaz apples from the organic production of Mathilde’s Orchard, a fruit farm in Alsace region, in the North-East of France, filmed 147 days after the October 3rd 2018 harvest.

The natural controlled atmosphere of the Janny MT modules allows to preserve the quality of apples from 180 to 210 days, or even more, depending on the varieties.
