Power Query Reports Refresh after data source changes

Hi Steve, I've got some situation. When my data source is updated or increased and I refresh my queries, it kind of shows up in random places on the report. Is there anything you did to make yours show up on the last part or last rolls? (My data has no date). How can I make the additions join the report at the end part not just lost in the middle? Thanks in advance.

Can you set this up to automatically refresh at a specified time?

I am importing some web data into excel through power query, with auto refresh at 1 min, but the problem is that the source table sometimes puts data of table 1 into table 2, & due to this, the imported data on auto refresh changes the destination cell to some other random destination cells...which obviously distrurb the whole setting of excel spreadsheet..is there any way to overcome this...???
