Corte Bianca - Extra Brut Rosé 2011 - Franciacorta

Rather deep pink colour with a fine mousse. Floral nose with some autolytic hints of brioche, butter and crushed red berries. The palate is bone dry, yet with generous fruit, some spicy ginger and aniseed notes, lightly creamy with a fresh, distinct finish.
