Can you use this like a signal meter? Like can you manually tune to, say, RF channel 34, and sit on that channel and look at its signal strength?

Just got the anotek tv tuner, at first I got 200 plus channels but can only watch 20 channels. But now i still have the 200 channels but none is showing.They all have dollar sign in front of the channels.
For example
Sport select $BBC $CNN $Africa magic $.Can someone explain the meaning of this.

Any luck getting this to work on windows 10? I have followed the istructions on the official site to a T and have uninstalled, reinstalled and Windows 10 will not recognize this thing. Working well on other devices well.
