Class-action lawsuit filed against Lyft: Are you owed money?

In Phoenix, express drivers only get $2.62 for the majority of the rides, it really sucks out here, after 55 rides I end up with $100 bucks after gas fees...

I take 4 peapole in a pool ride ...app shows only 3 😡 then at the end sorry you dirent reach the 80 rides goal 😡 notice that my Google app say 37 mile ride app pays only 33.5 miles 😡

Uber is worst.. I caught onto this Scam!!a year ago and email Chicago news station and no one listened they give the customer a upfront fare when its suppose to be calculated on Time, Fare and Distance based on the rates in that city. once you did the math I was seeing$10 to $15 missing from my fare and they would do this on big fares!!! it would be smaller on short fares. Good Job on reporting this!!!!

On my phone it shows a platform fee and a lyft service fee before paying me on his phone they only show a service fee. Im not sure they are cheetibg as much as paying alot to themselves for the software they provide to be able to be a lyft driver

Of course Lyft screws their drivers, everywhere they can. Lyft adds tolls into the drivers earnings then goes into our accounts & removes the tolls & charges the driver to keep track of the tolls that Lyft collects from riders & pays / their fasttrack !

During a snowstorm they price gouged everyone and even though I tried to opt out and kept on turning on my service that I was available then the following morning they told me that I refuse 7 people and therefore my ratings went down they are far from being transparent they should have a list of what everyone is paying write openly on that page and it should read like a receipt at that moment before you even accept a ride

I used to drive for this ediot company and quit that's the best thing I did.
