That’s why it’s important to have certain habits. Fresh foods and preparing your own is key. Not fast food no matter where you are.

Fun fact; majority of food that’s allowed in America by the FDA is illegal in other countries because of how bad the food is for you. Recent example Lunchables were approved by the FDA even though it has lead in it. Corporations in America only focus on profit wether they hurt people or not.

The one thing I can agree with her on. I travel because the food is soooo much better outside of the USA. The ingredients of everything is just so much better. I lose weight when I go outside of the country. Takes me half the time to gain it back when i get home and i don't even eat half of what I ate while gone.

Is true. If you notice, the food here doesn’t smell. In Puerto Rico, when you go to a local fruit/vegetable market everything have a scent: carrots, fruit, every fruit and vegetable has a scent. But, when you go to a supermarket here in the US, nothing has any scent: the fruit and veggies here don’t have any scent due to the many pesticides and chemicals
