Hi, it's Joe Enright from Westchester Modular Homes here. It is eight o'clock in the morning on an early Monday morning. We're getting ready to set a three-box ranch style house. We have a special customer here requiring one-level living and we were able to accomplish it with this particular model which will be dropped here shortly. Then, our crew will come out to finish the outside and the inside. We should probably be done setting before noon and we'll have an instant house here. Within thirty to forty- five days later, the folks will be moving in.
