Hi I'm Sian-Amy and I'll be telling you the 7 things you need to know about the Park Inn.

1. It's less than a mile from the airport – in fact, it's next to the runway. The closest terminal is T2.
I'd recommend taking a taxi for door-to-door service. It’ll take between 6-15 minutes, depending on your terminal.
There’s also the Heathrow Hoppa shuttle. Click on the transfer tab for more info.

2. Guests say the standard rooms and family rooms are large and comfortable. They also say they’re super quiet, despite being so close to the runway.
There are also accessible bedrooms, and public areas are all wheelchair accessible.

3. There’s free wifi, which we found was fast enough to check our emails and surf the internet.

4. The Bar & Grill serves locally-sourced burgers and steaks. A main will cost around £16 and a glass of wine is around £5.
The Chef said they're also happily cater for gluten free diets – just ask your waiter when you get there.

5. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat English, continental buffet.

6. The Lounge serves Costa coffee, wine and light snacks include sandwiches and salads.

7. The hotel has a free family-friendly pool, as well as a sauna and a gym.
