No.16 big mom
No.15 silver ryleigh and black beard in future bb will come in top 5
No.14 current akainu in future akainu will also come in top 10
No.13 current luffy
No.12 bullet if u don't agree than read this . When bullet was on Rogers ship he was almost equal to ryiliegh without a devil fruit but now he has a devil fruit and he is grown up so if he was just almost strong as ryleigh than so u can emagin how strong he is now so I think he diserv no 12
No.11 kaido
No.10 songoku and shiki, songoku have fought against allmost every strong strong pirates like Roger, whitebeard and shiki so I think he diserv no 10. Shiki is also so strong but he is so underated. shikki as faught against Roger and he almost defeat him so this reason is enough for keeping shikki at no 10

No.08 current shanks I think shanks is more strong than Mihawk now but in future if Mihawk showed his full power than may be he will surpass shanks
