Funny thing is people found a Microsoft article that warned developers not to use d3d11on12 in "complicated 3D scenes" because of the massive performance cost.

I just got a 3070 for $300 to replace my 1070ti and this TW3 update literally brought my 3070 into its knees lol.

PSA: If you saved the game with all the raytracing options ON, then tried changing it on the Main Menu, the game will crash everytime you load that save that has Raytracing On. The fix is to re enable the raytracing options then load the game. Once in game, you can turn off the Raytracing Options without the fear of the game crashing

DX11 is also having problems, I play TW3 in the classic version with all the mods that were implemented above 70 fps with everything in ultra, now after this update the fps drops to 30-40 with an rtx 2060, for God's sake it is a game from 2015, they managed to break the game. (and of course, I'm not using ray tracing)

Good for you, man. More people need to make videos like this. It's quite embarrassing that this remaster runs better on my PS5 than on my 3080 and R9 5900x.

Ya know, I thought out of all the games under CDPR's belt the one that put their name on the map they would treat with the utmost love and care. Especially since they had so much time to work on it while they fixed Cyberpunk and moved devs around as that game did get fixed, but I guess I thought a little to highly of them again. Its like Kratos said: Keep your expectations low and you'll never be disappointed.

I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 earlier this year and it still had random bugs and issues after being out like 2 years now. It definitely affected my gameplay experience. Even with the multiple updates from over the years. After that experience, I don't have faith in CDPR. Making a habit of putting out broken games is unacceptable.

One issue I'm having is music not working in some areas.

CDPR never ceases to amaze me. This just goes to show that they are the most overrated developer in the industry. How do they not only botch a brand-new game at launch, but also an update to a game that is 7 YEARS OLD?!
