Dementia Friendly Borough - short film

More than 850,000 people in the UK live with dementia. The condition, affects a person’s memory, thinking and general decision making, It’s a devastating condition for which there is, at present, no cure. That’s why raising awareness, and becoming more friendly to people with dementia, is so crucial.

AXA's ambition is to improve people's understanding of Dementia, which is why we have partnered with the Alzheimer's Society to roll out it's Dementia Friends initiative to all it's employees in the UK and Ireland by 2020.
