It was 1 year ago I thought I was protected from mayhem, and hurricane Ida it! Allstate was not there! I was told that they had claims from Louisiana to Maine, but they failed to say that they collected premiums from Louisiana to Maine. I got absolutely no help from them! But they did cover 1 car. I lost so much from the storm that I couldn't recover. I will never forget what Allstate didn't do for me and my family in time of need!
