Here are 3 best stretches for spine health
The "yogis" say you are only as young as your spine is flexible. It is so important to move your spine in all it's ranges of motion every day to maintain good flexibility and health. Plus...it feels great and will help you increase your energy. These 3 short, simple stretches are all you need.
Do them every day and if you can, a few times throughout the day especially first thing in the morning and when you've been sitting for a while.

02:23 Rotation move
03:32 lateral stretches
04:11 arm pumps (extra credit)
04:22 shake out the rest of the tension

This is awesome -- thank you, Renee! I've been doing focus blocks to move my own projects forward first thing in the morning, before I start my formal work, and I've been thinking I'd like to have a routine for moving my body before and after I sit down to focus...something that will be really quick, but feel nourishing to my body. And boom! Look what shows up in my subscription feed. :)
