Dry Needling - Abductor Digiti minimi

Myofascial Trigger Points of this muscle can cause pain along the ulnar border of the hand while gripping large objects. It can be misdiagnosed for Guyon's canal Syndrome, ulnar neuritis, Flexor carpi ulnaris tendinitis, Ulnar collateral ligament sprain. Palpation will easily reveal the taut bands of this muscle.
