One day I was looking through some soundcloud playlists and I was searching for an R&B one. I found a café one because I like really calm R&B not the energized kind. When I did, I found one of thundercat's songs which I actually liked because it was pretty good and I remembered a while back my dad had showed me this artist and I couldn't figure out the name, but I'm glad soundcloud showed me because when I listened to all of his albums, I suddenly remembered the time went up and down those hills driving for miles and listening to this song along with the rest of the Drunk album. I played Minecraft while listening to all of his albums pretty much every single day. I got a bit tired of playing so I kind of zoned out the songs. I shouldn't have done that because those songs were so great to me a month later. When I stopped playing minecraft, my aura completely shifted and I was unable to enjoy this album like I used to so now I have to live my life knowing I will never feel the same way I did in the beginning of spring 2020. I always try to play all of the songs and play minecraft to get the same feeling I used to, but now it's just boring. I was between a rock and a hard place. My brain told me these songs were boring, but my heart told me I loved these songs so dearly and I still continue to reach out to my past self so I could finally find a way to feel the same way I did back when I was a couple months younger. Time always slows down on me and I really love the feeling of it, but that would mean it would take longer for me to have that aura I did when I first listened to these songs. I might have to take a break from listening to these for a year or two, but at this point, it would take so long that I could grow a plant in that time. Or of course I could just wait until my aura shifts again. Time will only tell. But this will be one of my relics of nostagia and I know it in my heart. I feel so old and yet I am only beginning to experience life. I never felt so forced to feel young, but it wouldn't matter in the end because I will always chase that feeling. Especially when I'm in my late years. But I only know one thing, Thundercat will always be remembered in my mind as one of the many beautiful events in my life. Many of which, are treasured.

I pray to my loved ones out there when I hear this song. Those who I remember parting ways with but never falling out of love with. I pray to my mother and brother, my father who I'm realizing I may need now more than ever. Life is complicated. God bless 💜
