Six Months of Time Freedom - The Verdict

My vision of an Early Retirement always involves working part-time. Because I achieved Financial Independence, I can afford to do this. To me - it means no work whatsoever for half a year.

I spent the last six months without working full-time (as a designer). So how did it go? What did I learn? How did I like or dislike it?

When we aspire to Financial Freedom, in reality we often dream of Time Freedom instead. I wanted a first-hand experience of this and in this video I talk about my experience and what I'm planning to do going forward.

Thank you Marta for this, I really needed it. I'm a full-time freelance artist (performing arts) and I struggle a lot during periods of time when the industry is really quiet. I've learnt to appreciate my time, take some rest and focus on personal development. Worrying about work all the time, or basing your whole life on your work is toxic. Seems like us "modern" people need to re-learn how to live!
