Not really related to this video but you guys have inspired me to start gymnastics. I’m 29 this year and my first training session was today. I had the best time! I live in Australia but I hope to one day train in your gym. Thank you for the inspiration

Favourite part was when they walked in, saw the course, looked and sounded scared then an advert for Imodium comes on. Made me smile!

I’ve done mountain biking a couple times so I’d just apply those rules to this sport lol. Keep the pedals level especially when not pedaling. Standing up and leaning back keeps you stable and able to take jumps and rocks etc.

Best thing is to see the race at the end between Beth and Nile. The difference between a professional and another athlete is insane. Imagine what it would look like with a normal person as her opponent.

I used to be a BMXer back in the early to mid 80s. Totally different sport now. The stuff we thought was Rad back then is child's play today..Mental..

At 48 I still race bmx. I enjoy seeing people try it for the first time. So many parents yell “pedal” when their kids race, but have never been on the track…. It’s not as easy as some initially think. Great content!

Guys, it is so encouraging for me, a deeply un-sporty person, to see that all you talented people still have to work extremely hard to be good at your own sport, and won't necessarily be immediately good at any other sport. There is talent there, sure, but hard work is the main part of the story.

And then there is Ash. Damn you, Ash...

Just rewatched the 'race' between Nile and Beth. By the time the barrier at the start came down, she was almost a whole bike length in front already. Before Nile basically started peddling, she was a bike length in front.
