Any player can do the FIFA bicycle kick. Rainbow flick can be done by all players that have at least 2 ⭐️ skill moves. Although the better the skiller is, the higher the rainbow will naturally go. 2-star skillers need to do serious skill chaining to perform a decent rainbow flick.
